How far in advance should I place my order?
To ensure the highest quality and freshness, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance. For bespoke or wedding cakes, please allow at least 2 weeks' notice.
How do you handle delivery and local pickup?
We offer hand-delivery via temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition. Local pickup is also available from our central bakery during business hours.
Do you offer options for dietary restrictions?
Yes, we offer a range of vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free options. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, please note that our kitchen handles flour, eggs, and nuts.
What is your refund policy for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for a resolution.
How should I store my baked goods?
Most of our cakes and pastries are best enjoyed at room temperature. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place inside their original packaging. Specific storage instructions are included with every order.
Can I customize the design of my cake?
Absolutely! We love creating custom designs. You can upload reference images and provide specific color or theme requests through our 'Custom Order' page.
